All payments for our services must be made through official payment methods approved by True Only.
We maintain close communication with clients at every step of the project. Every stage is carried out only with the client’s approval.
2.No Refund Policy
Once a payment is made, no refunds will be issued—either partial or full—for any reason.
All services are custom-tailored and require extensive time, resources, and commitment. Due to this, we do not entertain cancellations, chargebacks, or refund requests after the order is confirmed.
Changes in personal preferences or business decisions after project initiation will not be considered valid grounds for a refund.
2.Delivery Terms
We do not provide project deliverables on physical media (like CDs, USB drives, etc.). All project files and credentials are delivered digitally.
Once project access (e.g., login credentials, code files, etc.) is handed over, the client is fully responsible for managing them.
3.Third-Party Payment Disclaimer
All payments must be made directly to True Only.
We have not authorized any individual or third-party organization to accept payments on our behalf. Please beware of scams or unauthorized agents.
We will not be responsible for any loss caused by making payments to fraudulent parties.
